Take a look at todays Daily News it looks like we got a photogenic ghost. It seems that it is a Lake House correspondent who caught the ghost on camera first while trying to photograph a large crack on the ground. According to him the sun was behind him and the road was clearly visible so he decided to photograph it. When he focused the camera on the crack he has seen a large shadowy figure through the view finder.
According to the newspaper the shadow was moving and was getting taller and when it started getting smaller he managed to take the photograph. The photograph was taken near Paluwatta on the Pohorabawa Road.
Some of the residents have said that the ghost is of a mother of two who was assassinated by her husband eight years ago.
Some of the villagers have told him that the photograph is his shadow but then another villager who went to the same spot to take a photograph has seen the same shadow on the camera screen. However they have not published the second photograph.
Wonder what can be made of this, is it just a shadow that was formed due to a combination of the photographers shadow, the crack and also any of the greenery which is present and becomes more prominant when viewed through a lens of a camera and then photographed? Or is it a case for the Ghost Busters?
